- License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the materials for personal or internal business training purposes. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or “scrape” our content without written permission.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
- Fees: Pricing for courses or subscriptions is as displayed on the website. All fees are in GBP unless stated otherwise.
- Refund Policy:
- For digital content/e-learning: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally waive your 14-day right to cancel once you have started to download or stream the digital content.
- If you have not yet accessed the course material, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Cancellations: Subscription renewals can be cancelled at any time via your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

- Attempt to reverse-engineer the “AgileBrain” assessment algorithms.
- Upload any viruses or malicious code.

- Educational Purpose: Our assessments and courses are for educational and professional development purposes. They do not constitute medical advice or psychological therapy.
- “As Is” Basis: We provide the platform “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Agile Brain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
